WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

If your jewelry arrived damaged please email email@example.com immediately with order number. We will send you a replacement right away.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our wholesale customers happy. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization. We will then send you return instructions. Unfortunately, any items that are being returned without prior notice cannot be processed.
We cannot refund any shipping costs for the return. We strongly encourage you to get a tracking number for your return shipment as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit back to us.
We guarantee all products free from manufacturer’s defects. Defective Bronze products may be replaced, exchanged or returned for credit within 90 days of receipt. Defective Steel products may be replaced, exchanged or returned for credit within 6 months of receipt.
