Our process: Return, Repair, Replace, Credit

We handle all returns using this process with the ultimate goal of Partner Studio satisfaction. Please note: returns are only valid through this process; unauthorized shipments are not accepted.  

Returning the defective item: Email info@tetherjewelry.com for return authorization - we need to understand what you would like to return and why. Shipping costs are non-refundable, but please consider a trackable/insured method. We cannot take responsibility for carrier errors. 

You must get an authorized email response before shipping your items back to our offices. 

Repair: If there’s an issue with your piece, we’ll fix it. Our job isn’t complete until our work is purchase-ready for your clients. If we can’t repair it, we’ll replace it!

Replace/Exchange: If necessary we will replace the item with an identical or similar piece.

Credit: If there’s any difference to settle, we will credit your Tether account for future purchases.

Warranty timeline by material

We guarantee all products free from manufacturer defects. Tether will replace, exchange or credit defective items. Please note exception to the below jewelry material:

Brass, Bronze and Sterling Silver products returned within 90 days of receipt.
*These materials naturally react with oxygen and humidity to form a patina. This is a property of the material and not considered a defect or reason for exchange.
